Their challenge

Techno Challenge is a collaboration between businesses, schools and other organizations, organizing various student competitions in order to advance sustainable mobility. One of these is the First Electro League for electric superkarts.

Two competing race teams, Drente College and Tata Steel, are powered by MG’s battery modules and telemetry system. A custom designed water cooled lithium-ion NMC battery module is used for energy storage and both progress and performance are tracked through MG’s Data Viewer and Energy Portal.

Both are doing very well, in a head-to-head competition for the top three positions.
