MG Energy Systems showcased its latest innovations at METSTRADE 2024, including the introduction of the LFP 230 IP, and a fully autonomous mobile exhibition unit powered by rack mounted LFP batteries, controlled by the Master LV. This event also marked a significant milestone for the company, celebrating 15 years in the business, highlighting MG’s commitment to advancing energy storage solutions.
Product introduction: The New LFP 230 IP
One of the major highlights of the event was the presentation of the LFP 230 IP. This cutting-edge lithium-ion battery is designed with:
- front side SLP connectors,
- integrated exhaust system,
- automatic pressure leveling,
- high IP rating.
Offering a high performance in demanding environments. The LFP 230 IP was met with great enthusiasm from industry professionals, strengthening//reinforcing MG’s position as a leader in advanced energy storage solutions.
Showcasing the Fully Autonomous Mobile Exhibition Unit
Another key attraction was MG’s fully autonomous mobile exhibition unit, called the MG POD, showcased just outside the main exhibition hall. The MG POD, powered entirely by MG batteries, operated for the full three days of the event without requiring an external power source. It provided energy for essential systems such as lighting, heating, a refrigerator, a sound system, and a TV, demonstrating the reliability and autonomy of MG’s technology in real-world applications.
