LFP 24V Standard

The LFP 24V Standard Battery: Reliable Energy Storage

Proven Track Record

LFP Battery Proven Since 2012

The MG LFP 24V Standard is our longest-running battery, a proven workhorse in the field since 2012. With continuous refinements over the years, it remains a trusted, intelligent, and safe solution by design.

Available in two sizes

LiFePO4 battery Cable-Tray

230 Ah / 5.8 kWh and 304 Ah / 7.8 kWh These modules provide safe, long-lasting power for agricultural, industrial, and off-grid applications.
The MG LFP 24V Standard is available with RJ45 and M12 data connection

Standard

LFP Battery CAN-Bus Communication

Both models are built with third-generation LiFePO4 cells, an integrated Battery Management System (BMS), and options for series and parallel connection. This makes them suitable for small stand-alone systems as well as large installations exceeding 1 MWh.

Q&A

Q: How is installation made safe and tidy?

A: The cable entries in the protection cover of the LFP 24V Standard Batteries keep wiring organized and shield battery poles from damage. Communication is handled via CAN-Bus with RJ45 or M12 connectors, ensuring smooth integration with the MG Master BMS.

Q: Which battery management system is required?

A: Each battery includes a slave BMS, this communicates with the MG Master HV or Master LV controller. This setup ensures safe operation and reliable communication across all MG Energy Systems installations.

Q: What is the difference between the 230 Ah and 304 Ah versions?

A: The 230 Ah module provides 5.8 kWh of energy in a lightweight 41 Kg design, while the 304 Ah delivers 7.8 kWh and weighs 54 Kg. Both are built with LiFePO4 chemistry and an integrated BMS from MG Energy Systems.

Q: How long do the batteries last?

A: At 80% depth of discharge, the 230 Ah module delivers over 3,500 cycles, and the 304 Ah version provides more than 4,000 cycles. Lifespan depends on operating conditions, but MG Energy Systems batteries modules are designed for long-term reliability.
