MG Practical Training Days 2024

In the beginning of July, MG Energy Systems B.V. organized two consecutive practical training days. The training focused on low voltage systems from 12V to 48V. During this training, participants learned the most important aspects of both installation and commissioning of the MG lithium-ion based battery systems.

Practical Training July 2024

After a short theoretical session in the morning, which included the introduction of the new AFC 300 by Peter van der Schaar, 5 practical training lessons followed.

Topics of the practical  included:

  •  installation of the new 12V SmartConnect battery series
  •  introduction and installation of the new AFC 300 alternator charge controller
  •  important aspects during service and commissioning
  • mounting the new LFP 304 SLP battery, the LiFePO4 battery with SurLok Pro connectors. The SurLok Pro connectors guarantee a fast and safe installation.
  •  SmartLink MX, how exactly do you set the SmartLink MX and what does the start-stop procedure look like
  • Learning all the main aspects for monitoring and controlling

All in all, these were very successful training days and we thank the people for participating and look forward to the next training !
